A. What is the space like and how many people does it fit?
10th floor, 23 m² (248 sq ft), all in one open space — double bed, dining area and kitchen. Private balcony with panoramic views. We recommend checking the photos before booking.
B. How does check-in and check-out work?Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Autonomous access with digital code lock — no prior coordination needed. Different hours subject to availability and additional charge.
C. What is included in the stay?Bed linen, one bath towel per guest, one hand towel for the bathroom, soap, shampoo and hair dryer. Additional cleaning service available at extra cost — please ask in advance.
D. What is the neighborhood like?Right in front of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, with cafés, galleries and Parque Forestal steps away. A lively neighborhood — especially on weekends. Concierge and security 24 hours.
E. Is smoking allowed?No smoking inside the studio. The balcony is available for smokers.
F. Does the host speak English or Portuguese?Yes, I communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The building staff is independent — any questions, I'll handle them directly with you.
G. How do I get from the airport?By Uber or official taxi, approximately 20 minutes on the highway.
H. What about my luggage and forgotten items?We don't have luggage storage, but we can recommend a nearby café with professional and secure service. We don't send forgotten items — if you left something behind, contact us to arrange a personal pick-up.
