Rental Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FURNISHED CIVIL RENTAL AGREEMENT

Welcome to ChileWithYou. By processing your reservation through our website, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a short-term furnished civil rental agreement between the primary guest and the management.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY (Moderated Scheme)

We want you to plan your trip with total peace of mind. We understand that plans can change, so we apply the following conditions for cancellations:

* Free Cancellation (100% Refund): You can cancel your reservation at no cost and will receive a full refund of your deposit if requested up to 14 days before your arrival date (check-in).

* Partial Cancellation (50% Refund): If you cancel your reservation between 13 and 7 days before your arrival date, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the stay.

* Late Cancellation (No Refund): If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, or in case of a no-show, no refunds will be issued.

2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES (Check-in / Check-out)

* Check-in: From 15:00 hours. It is mandatory to present a valid ID for all guests prior to entry.

* Check-out: Until 11:00 hours. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional charge equivalent to half a night's stay.

3. HOUSE RULES AND PROPERTY USE

* Maximum Capacity: No more guests than those declared in the reservation are allowed on the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement without the right to a refund.

* Noise Disturbances and Parties: Parties, events, or loud noises that disturb the peace of the community or the building are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are mandatory from 22:00 to 08:00 hours. Any fines issued by the building administration due to violations of this rule will be charged entirely to the guest.

* Smoke-Free Space: All our properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking (including tobacco, marijuana, and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the apartments, balconies, or private terraces. Non-compliance will result in a financial penalty for deep cleaning and deodorization.

4. CARE OF FURNITURE AND INTERIOR STYLING

Each of our spaces has been designed and curated with a high standard of interior styling and aesthetic care.

* The guest agrees to maintain the apartment, furniture, appliances, and decorative objects in the same condition as received.

* Any damage, breakage, severe staining, or loss of property items caused during the stay must be reported immediately to management. It is the primary guest's financial responsibility to cover the costs of repair or replacement.

5. LEGAL JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile regarding urban furnished property rentals. The parties establish their legal domicile in the city where the rented property is located for all relevant legal purposes.
