You'll have full access to your apartment and the common areas available according to the season. You can also use the Club House, which offers free amenities (gym, board games, and video games) and premium services for an additional fee (sauna and jacuzzi). Access instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Pucón means nature: Villarrica volcano, the lake, hot springs, and araucaria forests all close by. Downtown Pucón, with restaurants, cafés, and craft shops, is just 5 minutes away. If you're into mountain sports, the ski center is about 20 minutes.

Check-in is self-service: you'll get all the instructions by message before you arrive. During your stay we're available on WhatsApp for anything you need, but we won't be on-site, so you'll have total privacy to enjoy the lake at your own pace.
