1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. We operate with an autonomous access system; you will receive all instructions and access codes 24 hours before your arrival.

2. Is it possible to request an early check-in or late check-out?

This is subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival to check your options, which may incur an additional fee.

3. Are additional guests or events allowed?

For security and community coexistence reasons, the capacity is strictly limited to registered guests. No additional visitors or events are allowed.

4. What is the pet policy?

To maintain our standards of cleanliness and well-being for all our guests, some properties are equipped to welcome pets. Please consult availability and applicable additional fees.

5. Do you have high-speed internet and workspaces?

Yes! All our properties feature high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi and spaces set up so you can work in total comfort.

6. How does the cleaning service work?

The property is delivered in impeccable condition. If you wish to have additional cleanings during your stay, we can arrange them for an extra cost.
